1. Who provides the game

The prepared version offers free play in Romanian and English, without accounts or advertising. Optional Secret Subject + unlocks every category and theme; payment, restore and management use Apple. This website provides information and support; it takes no orders or payments. This website’s presentation does not confirm public availability in the App Store.
The game is for exactly two people, each using an iPhone or iPad with iOS/iPadOS 26.6 or later, the same app version, Local Network permission and a shared Wi-Fi network that allows local communication. Internet is not required for gameplay. Guest or managed network restrictions may prevent a connection. Check the published version’s App Store requirements before downloading.
3. Optional subscription
Secret Subject + offers weekly and yearly plans with the same benefits, valid only in this app. The offer prepared for Romania is RON 9.99 per week or RON 99.99 per year. Both renew automatically until cancelled. The yearly total is billed in full upfront, with no trial.
Before confirmation, Apple shows the total localized price, currency, period and applicable conditions and processes payment. This website does not take orders, and test-environment examples do not establish the purchase price.
In Romania, the weekly plan may include 3 free days only when Apple confirms eligibility and displays the offer; the yearly plan has no free trial. After the trial, Apple’s displayed weekly price applies. To avoid the first paid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Only the Host needs a subscription for Plus categories. The game remains for exactly two people, and the subscription does not apply to other games.
Plus lets the Host create and play up to 10 saved themes, each with 5–50 distinct names. New or updated titles allow up to 30 characters and each new or updated name up to 15. These themes are additional to the bundled catalog of 13 categories, 30 themes and 948 identities. After expiry, saved themes remain available to view, edit and delete; creating and starting a custom round requires Plus. A round already started can finish.
Restoring Secret Subject + checks an existing entitlement for the Apple Account used for purchase; it does not buy a second subscription. A pending or unverified purchase does not grant confirmed access, and free play remains available.
To stop renewal, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Secret Subject +, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. You can also use subscription management in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments; access continues until the expiry shown by Apple, except following a refund or revocation.
The price of an already-paid period does not change. For future renewals, we may propose adjustments proportionate to justified changes in taxes, platform fees or delivery and maintenance costs. Apple communicates increases and requests consent where required; you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Using the game and its session
Each player sees the other person’s identity and gives spoken clues. The first opening of the choices starts one shared 30-second window, measured by the Host. Each confirms an answer from up to ten choices; the first confirmed choice cannot be changed. Correctness stays hidden until both answer or time expires. If only one answer is correct, that player wins one point; two correct answers draw with one point each, and neither correct means a draw without points. A missing answer stays “No answer”. Reconnection does not extend the window; the steps are explained on the support page.
The session exists only in memory. Fully closing the app may lose progress, and connection recovery is not guaranteed. These technical limits do not remove mandatory legal rights. Use the app and website lawfully, without attempting unauthorised access to another person’s device or disrupting services.
The language and appearance preferences and custom theme titles and lists are saved locally, separately from the session. They are not synced, published or collected by the publisher. You choose what to enter; names in a custom list do not imply affiliation or approval by the people or rights holders mentioned.
5. Licence and content
The app distributed through the App Store uses Apple’s standard application licence, linked below. These terms do not replace it. Website component licences are collected in the document below.
Names in the game are clues and answers. Mentioning a person, work or brand does not imply affiliation or endorsement, or grant rights to their content.
DOROBANTI NETWORK S.R.L. provides the app, content and support. For customers of Apple Distribution International Ltd., that company is the merchant of record for the App Store transaction, as shown on the product page and in Apple’s purchase process.
6. Support and consumer rights
Contact us by email or phone for help or complaints. For a consumer dispute, you can consult ANPC’s alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL), linked below. Your right to go to court remains available.
These terms do not limit mandatory warranties, remedies or other rights under applicable Romanian and EU law. The privacy policy explains how personal data is used. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits this.
Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 generally provides 14 days to withdraw after concluding the contract. Apple’s Romanian terms provide 14 days from receiving the receipt for eligible orders and the initial subscription. Renewal does not automatically create a new withdrawal right. Applicable rights where information was insufficient, including about a free period converting to a paid subscription, remain unaffected.
For digital content without a tangible medium, losing the statutory withdrawal right after supply begins requires prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing the right and contract confirmation on a durable medium. Reading this website or participating in the game does not give that consent or waive consumer rights generally.
To withdraw, use Apple Account → Purchase History → the relevant order → Withdraw Transaction, select the items and confirm. Apple acknowledges receipt by email. You may also send the clear statement or optional form provided in Apple’s terms before the deadline. Refunds due following withdrawal are made within 14 days of notification, by the same payment method without a fee.
For other refund requests concerning an Apple-billed purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable rules; we do not promise approval of discretionary requests. This route does not restrict mandatory conformity remedies or other statutory rights.
Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 141/2021 protects the conformity of digital content and services. A lack of conformity is corrected without charge or significant inconvenience, within a reasonable period agreed in writing, no longer than 15 calendar days after notification. Where the law permits, you may request a proportionate price reduction or termination. Amounts due are refunded without undue delay, within 14 days of notification that the right is exercised, by the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without fees.

7. Changes and applicable law
We provide updates required to maintain conformity, including security updates, for the period required by law, including the subscription period. Other changes may correct compatibility, meet legal requirements or improve content without additional charges and with clear information.
For a change negatively affecting access or use by more than a minor amount, we give sufficient advance notice on a durable medium explaining its nature, date and your options. Under Article 18 of Romanian Ordinance no. 141/2021, you may terminate without charge within 30 days of notification or the change, whichever is later. The exception is where you are offered continued use of the unchanged, conforming version without additional charge. Merely changing the website does not retrospectively reduce mandatory rights or value already paid for.
Romanian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. No clause restricts the right to contact a competent authority or courts with jurisdiction under the law. For clarification, support and privacy requests, use the shared address on the contact page.
